Event Operations Coordinator, MENA at Xsolla. Based in Dubai, supporting the Global Experiential Marketing team and Xsolla's new Dubai events hub and Expo venue.

Role Purpose

Support the deal process, sales logistics, and account management for event organizers hosted at the Xsolla Dubai Expo venue. Work with the Event Operations Manager, Director of Marketing EMEA, and Global Head of Event Sales to bring major global conference and event brands into Xsolla's new Dubai regional hub.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Deal Management

• Support multiple organizer accounts and deal pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Manage account management responsibilities for event organizers at the Dubai Expo venue.

Sales & Logistics Support

• Support the deal process for event organizers.
• Support sales logistics operations for hosted events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Early-to-mid career experience in events or account management.

Skills & Competencies

• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Trustworthy, self-driven, motivated, and accountable.
• Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities.

Additional Information

• In-office/on-site role at Xsolla's Dubai hub.
• Regional travel required up to 15–20% of the time.
