Role Purpose

Oversee lifting and heavy equipment operations on site, supervise teams, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate all equipment activities while maintaining safe working conditions and personnel competency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management

• Supervise a lifting team
• Supervise a heavy equipment team
• Prepare job instructions to the equipment and lifting team
• Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in a safe and effective manner, according to the contract terms and conditions

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site
• Ensure lifting equipment is in safe working use

Safety

• Demonstrate proactive safety aptitude and behavior

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with High School qualification, or minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with Diploma qualification
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
