Entertainment & Choreography Manager at SIHAMCO, leading the creative vision and execution of world-class entertainment experiences in Saudi Arabia.

SIHAMCO develops over 25 original homegrown Saudi brands fully in-house, from initial vision and brand identity through concept creation, design, execution and operation, including The Groves, ZodiaC Cuisine, Little Krazy, LucaLand, LucaPark, The Polar Ice Bar, Milk & Butter Nail Spa, Kooz Karak, Birds of Eden, El Lechazo, Khawaja Yanni, Zama Zulu, Hawanim Groves City, Vida Vera, The Groves Pizzeria and Gem-In-I. Brands are registered across the GCC and internationally including the United Kingdom, Egypt, and Morocco.
Role Purpose
Lead the creative vision and execution of world-class entertainment experiences, shaping distinctive performances that captivate audiences and elevate the destination's identity through dynamic, ever-evolving concepts that seamlessly blend artistry, culture, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Conceptualization
- Conceptualize and choreograph bespoke performances and immersive shows, ensuring each experience is unique, refined, and aligned with the seasonal vision.
- Curate and oversee end-to-end entertainment programs, from creative development to live execution.
- Continuously evolve concepts through innovation and reinvention, ensuring each season introduces fresh narratives and elevated guest experiences.
Leadership & Talent Management
- Lead and inspire a diverse roster of international performers and talent, maintaining exceptional artistic standards.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
Operations & Execution
- Orchestrate rehearsals, staging, and live operations to deliver flawless, high-impact performances.
- Oversee entertainment logistics, budgets, and talent management, ensuring operational excellence.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cultural sensitivity across all performances.
Collaboration & Integration
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and design teams to integrate music, costume, lighting, and spatial storytelling into cohesive experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Established experience in high-end entertainment, choreography, or creative direction within luxury or large-scale events.
- Good global networks of entertainers and talent.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
