Role Overview

Role Purpose

Design and deliver enterprise solutions that optimize asset performance and reliability for global industrial leaders. Lead solution architecture for Asset Strategy Management (ASM) and reliability initiatives, integrating reliability engineering principles and advanced analytics into customer enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements with prospecting customers to discover customer needs aligned to Baker Hughes offerings.
• Support RFI/RFQ/RFP response from a technical viewpoint.
• Lead solution-focused workshops as part of customer discovery.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise-level architectures for ASM and reliability programs.
• Drive integration of ASM solutions with ERP/EAM systems and digital platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Partner with services and commercial teams to ensure a holistic solution is proposed to customers.
• Advise on best practices for asset performance optimization and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management and reliability.
• Expertise in ASM frameworks, reliability engineering, and EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
• Reliability or Asset Strategy certification such as CMRP, CRL, AMP, or ISO 55000 is considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
• Intermediate level fluency with English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize and organize work, and meet deadlines.
