Role Overview
Enterprise Account Executive, Middle East at Rogo. This role is based in the GCC region, with residency required in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose
Own new-logo acquisition and expansion revenue across global banks, private equity firms, and asset managers throughout the GCC. Drive complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals from prospecting through multi-year license agreements, while feeding product and go-to-market teams with customer insights to fuel continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Deal Management
- Own new-logo and expansion quota for global banks, PE firms, and asset managers across the GCC.
- Drive deals from prospecting to multi-year enterprise license agreements.
- Lead rigorous discovery and run proofs of value tied to clear business outcomes.
- Construct executive-ready business cases and navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews.
- Consistently deliver ARR targets.
Relationship & Strategy Development
- Build C-Suite relationships, map complex organizations, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies.
- Think in account plans and regional strategy, not just deal-by-deal; produce a ranked target universe with seat sizing and pipeline value.
- Develop pipeline generation discipline and execute deals with rigor using established frameworks.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Post-Sales to ensure successful roll-outs and upsells.
- Feed product and go-to-market teams with customer insights.
- Represent Rogo at conferences, regulator conversations, and press engagements regionally.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals, with at least 2 years in Fortune 1000 or regulated-industry accounts.
- Track record of hitting $1M+ quotas using frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Regional selling experience across the GCC — UAE and Saudi Arabia at minimum, ideally plus Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- Prior experience standing up a local entity, or working through a distributor, partner, or joint venture structure.
- Built and managed a small team of 2–5 people, or has clearly earned a first-line management step.
- Resident in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (DIFC/ADGM proximity), with existing right to work or a straightforward visa path.
- Arabic language capability, or a clear plan for how to cover Saudi Arabia without it.
