Enterprise Account Executive, KSA, at Horizon3.ai. This is a remote position within a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

Role Purpose
The Enterprise Account Executive drives sales growth and expands the customer base in the cybersecurity technology sector by acquiring new accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on selling disruptive cyber software solutions and establishing and nurturing Channel Partner relationships in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth and Account Acquisition
- Acquire new accounts and drive sales growth in the cybersecurity technology sector.
- Exceed sales quotas consistently quarter over quarter.
- Introduce and sell new disruptive cyber software solutions.
Sales Process Management
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Present and demonstrate Horizon3AI solutions effectively in both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Manage and drive the post-proof of value ROI process.
Channel Partner Management
- Establish and monetize strong Channel Partner relationships.
- Leverage existing relationships with key resellers in the region.
Customer Relationship and Pipeline Management
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track and manage customer information accurately in company-provided CRM.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC).
Team Collaboration
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed sales, support, and success teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a sales capacity within the cybersecurity industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales growth.
- Minimum of 3 years navigating the INFOSEC or SaaS landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in introducing and selling new disruptive cyber software solutions.
- Experience in establishing and monetizing strong Channel Partner relationships, with existing relationships in the region being essential.
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas consistently quarter over quarter.
- Previous track record of selling cybersecurity SaaS solutions into KSA.
- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing all aspects of the sales process, including qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Familiarity with Challenger Question-Based Selling type sales methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CRM, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack.
- Capability to present and demonstrate solutions effectively in both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Additional Information
Travel
This position may require up to 50% travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation
- Base salary range OTE: EUR 240,000–270,000 annually, 50/50 split. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
- All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
