Role Purpose
Deliver high-quality English language instruction at Secondary II level, supported by expertise in a subsidiary subject, while contributing actively to school governance, committees, and extracurricular programming.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching
- Teach English as the primary subject at Secondary II level
- Teach one subsidiary subject: French, Chemistry, Physics, Ethics, or German
- Deliver instruction for 25.5 hours per teaching week
School Community
- Participate in school committees and governance structures
- Contribute to extracurricular events and activities beyond classroom instruction
- Demonstrate above-average commitment to school operations and student engagement
Qualifications & Experience
- Teaching qualification (Lehrbefähigung) in English with a subsidiary subject (French, Chemistry, Physics, Ethics, or German) for Secondary II level
- Second State Examination (2. Staatsexamen) required
