Role Overview
Engineer - Utilities at AECOM, based in Dubai. You will oversee the supervision, coordination, and quality control of wet and dry utilities works on a major Roads and Bridges project, ensuring compliance with RTA standards and project specifications while maintaining safety and quality on-site.

Role Purpose
To supervise, coordinate, and manage utility works within RTA road corridors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safe execution, and quality delivery on major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Utility Coordination & Protection
- Coordinate utility protection, diversion, and reinstatement works within RTA road corridors
- Liaise with contractors, utility authorities, and project teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of works
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all utility works comply with RTA corridor layouts, depth clearances, and reinstatement standards
Safety & Operations
- Interface with traffic management and staging plans to maintain safe utility operations near live roads
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Utilities Engineer on infrastructure or road projects
- Strong knowledge of utility coordination, protection standards, and reinstatement procedures
- Familiarity with RTA standards and regulatory requirements in UAE
