Role Overview
Engineer - Stakeholder Management at AECOM in Al Ain, UAE. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, orchestrating seamless communication and coordination to ensure successful project delivery on large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Role Purpose
Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination between project teams and external parties throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management Planning
- Develop, implement, and refine the project's Stakeholder Management Plan with comprehensive identification and mapping of all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government authorities, utility providers, developers, contractors, and asset owners
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and ensure timely approvals and permits
Relationship & Issue Management
- Monitor stakeholder concerns and feedback, implementing mitigation strategies to address issues and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive background in infrastructure project management and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience liaising between multiple external parties on complex projects
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset combined with diplomatic and collaborative approach
