Role Purpose

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor project progress against baseline schedules, and provide comprehensive planning support to project teams on infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Planning

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Conduct critical path analysis and what-if scenario planning
• Maintain accurate schedule documentation and records

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates for project management
• Participate in project review meetings and workshops

Claims & Analysis Support

• Support the preparation of delay analysis and extension of time claims

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on scheduling

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4-6 years of planning experience on infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Knowledge of delay analysis methodologies

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Fluency in English required
