Role Overview
Engineer - Planning - Construction Supervision at AECOM in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee construction planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Purpose
To develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, supervise construction activities on-site, monitor progress against timelines and budgets, and deliver detailed documentation to stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software and methodologies
Construction Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed progress reports and performance documentation for stakeholders and project teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in construction planning, scheduling, and supervision
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with industry-standard planning software and project management tools
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic construction environments
