Role Purpose

To provide operational support for cloud and hybrid security infrastructure, including monitoring and incident response, while contributing to security improvement initiatives and integration of security practices into operations and development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Monitoring

• Provide operational support for security controls including network firewalls, web application firewalls, cloud security groups, and native cloud security services.
• Monitor and document security incidents, respond to threats, and manage escalations through appropriate channels.

Vulnerability & Systems Management

• Support vulnerability management processes by maintaining and optimizing security systems and tools.

Security Improvement & Integration

• Contribute to security improvement initiatives and integrate security practices into operations and development workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience supporting or managing security platforms in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of firewalls, web application firewalls (WAFs), and cloud-native security tools.
• Strong incident response and security monitoring capabilities.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and experienced engineers.
