Role Overview
Banquet Server at Radisson Hotel Group. The position is part of the banquets department, delivering guest conference and banqueting service experiences.

Role Purpose
To anticipate and meet guests' needs, support the banquets department, and ensure guests experience the best through delivery of conference and banqueting service at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Anticipate and meet guest needs, maximizing guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Deliver a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
Operations & Support
- Support the smooth running of the banquets department.
- Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Work as part of a team to deliver consistent service excellence.
Performance & Objectives
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives where hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with immediate management, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
Culture & Relationships
- Build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Promote the company culture and values.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit.
- Perform follow-up as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in food and beverage service beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
