Employee Engagement Specialist / Senior Specialist

Role Overview

Burjline Builders is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist or Senior Specialist to support employee experience, engagement, culture and workplace initiatives within a major organization in Qatar.

Role Purpose

To develop, implement and manage employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, foster positive workplace culture, and support organizational objectives through data-driven insights and strategic stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Strategy & Development

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Support organizational change and culture initiatives.

Employee Experience & Programs

• Support employee experience and workplace-culture programs.
• Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

• Conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.
• Develop engagement reports, KPIs and recommendations.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Employee Relations or HR.
• For senior-level consideration, 6–10 years' HR experience is required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior-level candidates.
