Role Overview

Emirati Talent - Graduate, Marketing at Majid Al Futtaim. This is an 18-month structured graduate programme featuring on-the-job rotations across the Marketing function within the shopping malls industry.

Role Purpose

Develop technical, analytical, and professional capabilities through hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning. The programme provides comprehensive learning and a strong foundation in the shopping malls industry with exposure to multiple functions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management

• Support day-to-day operations within assigned areas.
• Support project management and development activities.
• Deliver presentations on project outcomes and learnings.

Learning & Development

• Participate in all assigned development programmes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
• Gain practical exposure and experience through structured rotations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Participate in business challenges.
• Work effectively across the organization to guarantee future success.
• Develop teamwork and maximize team performance.

Rotation Structure

• Complete six-month generalist rotations within support and business areas.
• Complete twelve-month specific placement in Marketing to gain specialist knowledge of operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Recent graduate from 2023 onwards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
