Role Purpose

To deliver accurate pharmaceutical care and clinical expertise in a progressive, values-driven healthcare environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through safe medication management and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Prescription & Dispensing

• Review, verify, and prepare prescriptions with accuracy and full compliance to UAE pharmaceutical regulations.
• Dispense medications and provide comprehensive patient counselling on proper usage, potential interactions, side effects, and storage requirements.

Clinical Support

• Offer pharmacological expertise and clinical guidance to support physicians and healthcare teams in optimizing patient treatment outcomes.

Records & Compliance

• Maintain detailed and accurate pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with all regulatory standards.
• Uphold strict safety protocols, infection control measures, and quality assurance standards.

Inventory Management

• Manage pharmacy inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National.
• Valid pharmacist qualification and current professional license.
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
• Patient-focused approach to healthcare.
