Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands assess and improve the customer experiences they deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury brand stores.
• Evaluate experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Deliver detailed feedback on retail experiences.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Share opinions about assigned luxury store experiences.
• Advocate for service excellence within evaluated luxury brands.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic speaker required.
• Emirati nationals requested.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
