Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands improve service excellence and customer experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Store Evaluation

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions and feedback about the customer experience in luxury retail environments.
• Advocate for service excellence through comprehensive assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic speaker.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Punctual and organized.
