Role Purpose

To maintain and repair electrical systems throughout the resort, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and staff while keeping the property operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Inspections

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and backup generators, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Repairs & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring all repairs meet industry standards.

Installation & Upgrades

• Install new electrical systems and equipment, including lighting fixtures, outlets, and control panels.
• Assist with upgrades and modifications as required.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with other maintenance team members and hotel departments to address electrical needs and support various projects.
• Provide expert advice on electrical matters as needed.

Emergency Response

• Be available for emergency call-outs and respond to electrical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician with a strong background in commercial or hospitality environments.
• Relevant electrical certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
