Role Purpose
To install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and control systems throughout the property, ensuring all electrical infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and in full compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance
- Install electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and control systems.
- Maintain electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Test electrical systems and components using specialized tools and equipment.
Compliance and Safety
- Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Replace defective electrical components and wiring.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
- Secondary education required.
- Vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical skills in electrical trade.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of safety and building systems.
