Role Purpose
Maintain hotel facilities and systems to ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Respond promptly to service requests and proactively address maintenance needs across the property.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Perform repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
Service Response
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders
Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to regularly assess facilities and equipment
- Identify and address preventive maintenance needs before they become critical issues
Documentation & Reporting
- Document all completed inspections and repairs
- Flag any issues requiring further attention for follow-up action
