Role Overview
Electrical Training Specialist at Burjline Builders. The role supports technical capability development and training programs.
Role Purpose
Identify and address technical skills and competency gaps through the design, delivery, and evaluation of electrical and technical training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Training Development
- Develop electrical and technical training plans and programs.
- Develop training materials and competency-development content.
Training Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
- Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
- Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development or training experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of technical and electrical training requirements.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Strong coordination capabilities.
- Strong training-development capabilities.
