Role Purpose

Engineer electrical systems and components that deliver performance, safety, and regulatory compliance across product and infrastructure projects, while optimizing reliability, cost efficiency, and commissioning success.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design electrical systems and components meeting specifications and performance requirements.
• Develop circuit and system designs aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct power systems and motor control design.
• Perform PCB and schematic design work.

Testing, Validation & Commissioning

• Develop and validate comprehensive test plans and results.
• Execute testing and commissioning activities on projects.
• Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during commissioning phases.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure designs meet relevant codes and standards (NEC/IEC).
• Maintain documentation and compliance records throughout the design lifecycle.
• Verify adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Cost & Efficiency Optimization

• Reduce costs through efficient engineering practices and design optimization.
• Improve system reliability and safety metrics through design innovation.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner across functional teams to align electrical designs with broader project needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience designing electrical systems.
• Knowledge of power distribution, circuits, and protective devices.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NEC/IEC).
• Experience with testing, documentation, and compliance.
