Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across all phases from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while effectively managing clients, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

• Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects.
• Proven experience managing HV and MV substation projects.
• Experience working with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia regulations, utility requirements, and approval processes is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.
