Role Purpose

To conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components on construction sites, ensuring compliance with local and international codes, standards, and UAE electrical regulations. The Inspector verifies safety and functionality of electrical installations, identifies deficiencies and hazards, and collaborates with project teams to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Testing

• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components on construction sites to ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Perform tests on electrical installations using specialized equipment to verify safety and functionality.

Compliance & Safety

• Identify and document electrical deficiencies, code violations, and safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to improve electrical safety and efficiency on construction sites.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve electrical issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss electrical requirements and potential challenges.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
