Role Overview

Electrical Foreman at Retal. The role is based across real estate development projects throughout Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Lead and oversee electrical installations and maintenance operations on residential and commercial construction sites. Manage teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality electrical work on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on residential and commercial construction sites
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and work schedules for electrical departments

Quality & Compliance

• Inspect electrical work to ensure adherence to technical specifications and Saudi building codes
• Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain OSHA and local safety compliance standards

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding progress and technical requirements

Administration & Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical installation and construction supervision
• Valid electrical license or equivalent certification recognized in Saudi Arabia
• Proven ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent English communication
