Role Purpose

Ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical systems across residential and commercial projects by designing electrical solutions, conducting compliance audits, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design and develop electrical systems for residential and commercial properties, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD software

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure electrical installations comply with Saudi building codes and international standards
• Review and approve electrical contractor work to maintain quality and safety standards

Project Execution

• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective measures
• Estimate project costs and timelines for electrical components and installation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical design for real estate or construction projects
• Valid professional engineering license or willingness to obtain one

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and building standards in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
