Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

Electrical Engineer position at Retal, a real estate and property development company operating throughout Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Design, plan, and oversee electrical systems for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian electrical codes and safety standards while supporting large-scale property developments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Documentation

• Design and develop electrical systems and specifications for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
• Conduct site inspections and prepare electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation

Collaboration & Integration

• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical solutions into overall project designs

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all installations meet Saudi Arabian electrical codes, regulations, and safety requirements

Procurement & Cost Management

• Manage procurement of electrical equipment and materials while optimizing project costs

Supervision & Quality Assurance

• Supervise electrical contractors and conduct quality assurance inspections throughout installation phases

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for construction or real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards and building codes applicable in Saudi Arabia

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with CAD software and electrical design tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
