Role Overview
EEMEA Product Marketing Manager - THV at Edwards. This role is based in the United Arab Emirates and serves the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Role Purpose
Convert clinical awareness into referrals and procedures by closing gaps across the patient access, referral, and awareness pathway. The role is accountable for measurable therapy growth and requires close coordination with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales, combining strategic ownership with cross-functional influence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Development
- Participate in setting the therapy development strategy for EEMEA THV and hold accountability for its outcomes.
- Participate in translating market and clinical insights into actionable strategies.
- Define and quantify the impact of referrals on procedure growth.
- Ability to forecast product lines for short- and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition, and changing market dynamics.
Budget & Performance
- Manage the Therapy Development budget and ensure spend delivers return on investment.
- Own KPIs and turn data into strategy.
Market Development & Planning
- Build annual referral plans across Israel, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and South Africa.
- Design and drive activation initiatives for patients, general cardiologists, and referring physicians.
- Substantial understanding of tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales to ensure a coordinated therapy development approach.
- Exercise strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ensure therapy development activities are designed to enable and support field execution.
- Be accountable for approvals and for embedding best practices across markets.
- Coach others in one or more functional areas.
Stakeholder & Advocacy Management
- Build strategic patient advocacy partnerships at a regional level.
- Represent Therapy Development at external forums and exercise strategic influence with key stakeholders.
- Convert awareness into referrals and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years work experience, OR Master's Degree or equivalent plus 3 years related experience.
- Experience working in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry.
- Track record in therapy development, market development, or commercial strategy.
- Regional or multi-market experience across EEMEA.
- Fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice, and reimbursement policies.
Skills & Competencies
- Analytical rigor and comfort owning KPIs and turning data into strategy.
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including consultative and relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
- Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
