Role Overview
Salla is hiring an E-Commerce Talent Curator to support the Tamheer program. This role is based with Salla and focuses on identifying, nurturing, and developing promising talent in the e-commerce sector.

Role Purpose
To identify, nurture, and develop promising talent in e-commerce and ensure a strong pipeline of capable professionals for the industry. The role combines recruitment, mentoring, and program coordination to align emerging talent with current market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Identification and Sourcing
- Source and identify promising candidates for the Tamheer program with potential in e-commerce roles.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, mentors, and partners to support talent growth.
Program Coordination
- Coordinate training, workshops, and development initiatives tailored to e-commerce skills.
- Assist in designing curriculum and learning paths to enhance participant skills and employability.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor progress and performance of participants, providing guidance and feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align talent development with industry needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in talent development, recruitment, or program coordination, preferably within e-commerce or related fields.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce industry and its skills requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate programs effectively.
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging talent.
- Organized and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
