Role Purpose
To develop, implement, and optimize e-commerce operations across the company's digital platforms, supporting digital marketing initiatives and enhancing the customer experience through effective product management, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Content Management
- Develop and implement best practices for product listings, content creation, and maintenance.
- Manage stock updates, product uploads, and category builds.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and Paid Social Media.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance using tools like Google Analytics and Excel for insights and reporting.
- Prepare performance reports with data-driven insights to track KPIs and identify trends.
Operations & Optimization
- Manage promotional activities.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to optimize trade activities and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in website improvement projects to enhance user experience and site performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zid, or Salla.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of e-commerce UX, content development, and user interaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
