Role Purpose
To serve as the primary point of guest contact 24 hours per day, ensuring seamless night operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to resort standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Contact & Service
- Be the main point of guest contact 24 hours per day.
- Monitor all night arrivals and ensure all requests are carried out smoothly.
- Ensure all reservations are honored or dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible.
- Deal with VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
Guest Satisfaction & Follow-up
- Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met.
- Complete follow-up on a timely basis.
Operations
- Complete the night audit in line with the standards and procedures of the resort for night manager.
- Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.
- Ensure all team members are up to date with current facts of the hotel products and services, including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, and spa and health club.
Training & Development
- Attend training sessions as required.
