The company works with ADNOC and Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors, delivering full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works, including expertise in measuring and automating exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through localized services.

Role Purpose

Supervise HVAC duct installation teams and ensure all ducting works are executed to approved drawings and specifications, while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and effective coordination across trades on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Work Allocation

• Supervise duct installation teams and allocate daily work activities.
• Monitor progress of work and report to site supervisor or engineer.
• Assist in resolving site issues and minor technical adjustments.

Quality Assurance & Inspection

• Ensure HVAC ducting works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Check duct fabrication, installation, alignment, and sealing quality on-site.
• Conduct quality checks for leakage, alignment, and finishing.
• Ensure proper installation of supports, hangers, and brackets.

Technical & Material Management

• Interpret ducting layout drawings, sections, and shop drawings.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.

Coordination & Safety

• Coordinate with other trades including insulation, piping, and electrical for smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety rules, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance on-site.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years of HVAC ducting experience, including supervisory or chargehand role.
• ITI or Diploma or relevant educational background.
• Strong experience in HVAC duct installation and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of duct fabrication and installation standards.

• Effective communication skills.
