The team works with clients to optimize property income efficiently and professionally, managing a vast portfolio of premium properties throughout the region.

Role Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation and delivery services for correspondence, documents, supplies, and other materials while ensuring the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and operated in accordance with company and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery

• Collect and deliver office mail, documents, important papers, records, purchase orders, supplies, and other materials as assigned.
• Ensure important and priority documents are hand-delivered directly to the intended recipient.
• Complete deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and good operating condition.
• Assist with day-to-day upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including refuelling, checking and replenishing oil and water, checking batteries and tires, and washing and cleaning windows.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and vehicle safety regulations at all times.

Professionalism & Compliance

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safe handling of sensitive documents and materials.
• Maintain professional conduct when dealing with employees, tenants, clients, visitors, and regulatory authorities.
• Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the Property Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant driving or delivery experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Previous experience in a corporate, property management, office, or similar environment is preferred.
