Role Overview
Driver at AWR Group. This role involves delivering goods to and from designated locations on time, with additional responsibilities for vehicle inspection, loading/unloading, receipt preparation, order verification, payment collection, and goods sorting and rearrangement for storage.

Role Purpose
Deliver goods safely and on time to designated locations while maintaining vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Movement and Delivery
- Inspect all vehicles before the start of delivery or movement.
- Exercise proper care in handling new vehicles to reduce repair costs and delays.
- Exercise due care in loading and unloading vehicles on car carriers to avoid transit damages and maintain safety norms.
- Follow AAC delivery procedure and maintain vehicle movement records.
Equipment Care and Compliance
- Operate company vehicles with due care to avoid damages and minimize maintenance costs.
- Follow traffic rules and road safety norms to prevent road accidents and maintain company image.
Order and Payment Processing
- Prepare receipts and verify orders for deliveries.
- Collect payment for deliveries as required.
- Assist in sorting and rearrangement of goods for storage.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School education.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience driving light duty vehicles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal relations and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under stress and adapt to change.
- Willingness to work any shift and for long hours if required.
- Effective oral communication skills in English, Arabic, or Hindi.
- Understanding of the importance of superior customer service.
