Role Purpose

To safely and reliably transport staff, visitors, and materials to designated locations while maintaining vehicle condition, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations, and keeping accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Transport

• Safely drive light vehicles to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ensure all necessary documents (driving license, vehicle registration, permits) are valid and up to date.
• Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.

Vehicle Maintenance & Management

• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.) and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License valid for more than two years, or expired for not more than 10 years.
• Minimum 5–7 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
