Key Responsibilities
Operations & Vehicle Management
- Operate and maintain heavy duty vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain a valid commercial driving license and current certifications.
- Follow proper loading and unloading procedures.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation.
- Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues to management immediately.
