Role Purpose

Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for guests, team members, and hotel-related requirements while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, knowledge of local routes, and a courteous approach to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Guest Service

• Deliver safe and responsible driving for guests, team members, and hotel-related requirements.
• Provide professional and courteous service during all transportation activities.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guest and hotel information.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.

Operational Support

• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork to support hotel operations.
• Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Previous driving experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and traffic regulations.
• Basic English communication skills.
