Role Overview
Driver-Automotive at Burjline Builders in Sitrah, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and maintaining vehicles, as well as a valid driver's license.
Role Purpose
Provide safe and efficient transportation services for the company, and ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Transport company personnel, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Assist with loading and unloading of company materials and equipment.
Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of company vehicles.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or damages to the appropriate department.
Record Keeping
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving and maintaining vehicles.
- Familiarity with Bahrain roads and traffic laws.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
