Role Overview

Draughtsman at Al Shirawi Group.

Role Purpose

Prepare and deliver accurate shop drawings and technical documentation to support project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and timely client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Drawing Preparation & Development

• Prepare shop drawings based on the provided BOQ and ID reference drawings.
• Develop main drawings based on project specifications.
• Plan and issue shop drawings according to the project specifications.

Quality & Updates

• Update shop drawings after receiving feedback or comments.
• Maintain and update the change log register when there are modifications beyond the project scope.

Coordination & Submission

• Collaborate with the project team to review site details.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and related documents to DC for prompt delivery to the client and consultants.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings in accordance with the target schedule.

Reporting

• Prepare and submit a weekly productivity report to the Head of Department (HOD).
