DPD - Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager at Group AMANA is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering modular construction projects across the UAE, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Purpose

Oversee the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through manufacturing, logistics, installation, and handover. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery while maintaining commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Control

• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks, delays, and potential issues.
• Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Coordination & Delivery

• Lead and manage modular construction projects from initiation through final handover to clients.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Support the successful integration of modular construction methodologies and innovative solutions into project execution.

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction, modular construction, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and risk management.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, and site operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and industry practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Project Planning & Control: Ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Risk Management: Strong capability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic and fast-paced project environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Commercial Awareness: Understanding of project financials, contracts, and commercial management principles.

Additional Information

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
