Role Overview

Dot Net with SharePoint Developers for Qatar operations at VAM Systems, a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore and India.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions using .Net framework technologies. Extend the SharePoint platform through custom development and deliver business intelligence solutions that meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Architect and design SharePoint implementations using best practices.

Implementation & Customization

• Implement and customize SharePoint-based solutions.
• Develop custom web parts.

Workflow & Integration

• Implement SharePoint-based workflows.
• Conduct Microsoft .Net development to extend and augment the SharePoint platform.

Business Intelligence

• Design and develop Business Intelligence dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of the .Net framework (C#) and associated technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and Microsoft Office Development.
• Experience with Web Services (WCF).
• Exposure to SharePoint 2013 is a plus.
• Good fundamental and hands-on knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile (Scrum) project team development environments is preferred.
