Distribution Center Support at Delivery Hero (talabat), supporting tMart grocery distribution operations across the MENA region.

Role Purpose

Manage full distribution center operations for tMart by implementing commercial and demand requirements, executing pick-pack processes, receiving, stocking, and inventory management while maintaining hygiene standards and reducing waste and shrink.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Processes

• Execute pick and pack orders according to established processes with precision and timeliness.
• Support DC Supervisor with receiving tasks.
• Stock and label products on shelves clearly and systematically.
• Check product expiries and apply rotation protocols.
• Complete daily workload and assigned tasks with limited supervision.
• Support colleagues across other departments as needed.

Facility Management

• Maintain a neat and clean distribution center and back area according to hygiene standards.
• Clean on the go throughout shift operations.

Inventory & Loss Prevention

• Reduce waste and shrink through precise pick and pack execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing and distribution center operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good English language skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Hands-on ability with multiple tools and systems.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Energized by learning new tasks and adapting to change daily on the job.
