The Discover Graduate Programme accelerates the professional development of high-potential Qatari graduates by combining functional and cross-functional responsibilities across Vodafone's business. The programme equips graduates with the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to make a real impact on Vodafone Qatar's growth and Qatar's national digital transformation journey.

Development & Learning

Qualifications & Experience
