Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Lead the vendor operations strategy across the Saudi Arabia market

Vendor Management

• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance management, and relationship management
• Monitor vendor performance KPIs and implement improvement plans

Operations

• Drive operational efficiency initiatives across the vendor network
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing vendor operations team

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and technology teams on vendor-related initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or e-commerce
• Leadership experience with proven track record of leading large teams and vendor networks
