Director of Programs & Partnerships at Emirates Post Group, responsible for overseeing strategic programs and partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Program Development
- Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Establish partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities across sectors.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between partner organizations and internal teams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for major partnership agreements and initiatives.
Governance & Oversight
- Monitor program performance against established KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and contractual obligations.
- Report regularly on program status, outcomes, and partnership health to senior leadership.
Operations & Execution
- Coordinate the implementation of partnership programs from inception through completion.
- Manage resources and budgets allocated to programs and partnerships.
