Role Overview
Director of Marketing at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, a Hilton hotel property.
Role Purpose
Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the hotel, delivering memorable guest experiences through branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans aligned with hotel goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans with hotel goals.
- Adjust marketing tactics based on market trends and performance data.
- Lead the development of compelling content and marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media.
Budget & Operations
- Oversee annual marketing budgets.
- Coordinate resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
Agency & Partnership Management
- Manage external partners such as PR, creative, and digital agencies.
- Ensure alignment between agency work and strategic marketing goals.
Performance & Reporting
- Deliver strategic updates and data-driven insights for leadership, ownership, and corporate meetings.
- Report on marketing performance metrics and outcomes.
Team Leadership
- Recruit new talent to build and expand the marketing team.
- Drive team growth and engagement through performance management.
- Develop team members through professional development and recognition programs.
