Role Purpose

Lead curriculum strategy and implementation across Aldar's school network to drive significant improvement in student outcomes across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Strategy & Development

• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum frameworks across all Aldar schools
• Drive alignment between curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy standards

Academic Performance & Quality

• Monitor and evaluate academic performance at network level
• Support school leaders in improving teaching quality and student outcomes

Professional Development & Leadership

• Lead curriculum-related professional development for teachers and leaders

Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

• Manage relationships with curriculum bodies, inspectorates, and regulators

Operations & Resources

• Oversee textbook adoption, resource procurement, and academic planning

Reporting

• Report on academic performance to the Board and senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in education with significant curriculum leadership experience
• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum, or related field; PhD preferred
• Deep knowledge of British, IB, or American curriculum frameworks
• Experience working across a multi-school network
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret academic performance data
• UAE education sector experience strongly preferred
