Role Overview

Director ISC Operations - META Region - Building Automation at Honeywell Technologies. This role oversees integrated supply chain operations at a designated site within the Building Automation sector.

Role Purpose

Strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, production, logistics, and distribution. Drive seamless integration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations Leadership

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Oversee and improve logistics processes for distribution centers and freight.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage and coordinate communications and strategies with Business, Commercial, Customer Experience, Human Resources, and ISC functions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
