Role Overview
Director - Entertainment Strategy at Qiddiya Investment Company, based in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior role driving the strategic direction of entertainment assets and initiatives to create memorable and captivating experiences for visitors.

Role Purpose
Support the Senior Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in the development and execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategy to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts to be integrated into Qiddiya City's entertainment portfolio of assets.
- Understand value proposition, prepare feasibility assessments, and develop high-level implementation roadmaps.
- Develop initial go-live strategies covering operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning.
Asset Design & Development
- Oversee design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.
- Manage contracted vendors, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure that deliverables align with project vision, offering, and relevant briefs (strategy brief and/or development brief).
Governance & Approvals
- Prepare presentations and supporting material required for seeking relevant approvals through Qiddiya's Stage governance framework, Senior Management, and Board of Directors.
- Establish and monitor key projects' KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans to ensure alignment with project vision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Qiddiya Entertainment Business Unit and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of new projects and overall alignment to directives from Senior Management and Board of Directors.
- Provide implementation support to other functions across Qiddiya.
Planning & Oversight
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, hiring plans, strategic plans, and implementation plans relevant to the Entertainment strategy function.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in entertainment strategy, asset management, or related domains.
